How are Women Represented in "Gold Digger"?
In the film clip Gold Digger by Kanye West there is parts that are disrepectful towards women for example white women were disrepected in " but when you get on he leases your ass for a white girl" (verse 3). The lyrics represent and expect them without knowing them to be liars , cheaters and prostitutes just because of a few women in the film clip are dressed the way they dressed (with barely any clothing). kanye does not really fit in with the whole scenery because he is wearing a suit for most of it and jeans and a t-shirt and the women are wearing barely nothing.

ReplyDeleteYou have started to construct a strong argument that is supported by relevant evidence. You also start to make some interesting comparisons between the men and the women but you don't follow on with it as much as you could.
Just be careful of a few technical elements - spelling (particularly when quoting as mispelling a word could change the whole meaning of the sentence), subject verb agreement ("there is parts" - because parts is plural you should have 'are' rather than "is") and capital letters for people's names.
For future paragraphs, see if you can work on extending your discussion. What you have here shows a lot of potential.
